MoBA 13 was an incredible exhibit for the Mode Biennale Arnhem, Netherlands (June 8 - July 21, 2013), with the theme "Fetishism In Fashion", curated by Lidewij Edelkoort.
It was with great astonishment that I received an email which requested to borrow items to include in the exhibit ! Sadly I was not able to travel to Arnhem to attend in person. I have found a couple of images from the exhibit which include my work - so apparently I did not dream this !
Lovesick is included with some far superior company :

Items which were borrowed include the Skeleton Corset, the Skeleton Collar, the Ruffled Traction Headpiece, the collar and faux legbraces, the Black Faux Orthopedic Back Brace, the Skeleton Bodice, and a Black Patent Leather fan-laced back brace. I have no idea what made the curatorial cut, but I was truly shocked to view the Ruffled Traction Headpiece on display with a John Paul Gaultier gown !
These are some promo shots for the exhibit (photographer unknown). The corset in the second photo appears to be the black Faux Orthopedic Brace, worn upside down.

Congratulations, Andrea, the exhibit looks phenomenal! The catalogue (out here in Sept.) is going on my wishlist..
